Does having a NAATI interpreter automatically mean that you have a good interpreter?

No. we have used many NAATI-certified interpreters and have found that not all “qualified” interpreters are good interpreters. We request regular feedback from our clients to ensure that all of our NAATI-certified interpreters are professional, competent, reliable and ethical.

Many court and legal hearings in Australia require the use of NAATI-certified interpreters. We offer NAATI-certified interpreters in most languages; however, it is important to give us as much notice as possible, because there are only a small number of NAATI-certified interpreters available in certain states.
